This property is a great location with an easy walk to beach access. The property is accurately described and in a convenient location on the island. We enjoyed the layout of the property and efficiency. The unit is well appointed and equipped for a family vacation. The host was very responsive and accommodating. They even brought additional beach chairs within minutes of us not being able to locate the beach chairs at the property.

Great condo to stay in, very comfortable and clean, easy walk to the beach

Very nice vacation condo, probably one of the best we've stayed at on SPI. There are 4 units in this building. All we rented and we did not hear anyone else the whole time we were there. Bath towels were included and they were new, big and fluffy. Hotel quality towels, not threadbare and worn out like in some places we have been. Beach towels were also included but we did not use them. Living room and Master bedroom both had Roku TVs with all channels included. We didnt have to log in to our Roku profiles. Kitchen included a Keurig coffee machine and several coffee pods. Most places do not have this and we end up bringing our machine so this ws nice. The kitchen had all utensiles, plates, etc. I was impressed by this little place. I have it saved on my BOVR account so we will try to get it the next time we go back.

Great location
