Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a couple of little things...1. stairway banister going upstairs is loose at the top. 2. Master bedroom toilet seat needs to be attached better. 3. We sat the trash out numerous times according to the guest book, it was not picked up until Friday; might want to update your guest book.

Unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The advertisement, however, is quite misleading about several of the amenities. The fireplaces that are listed in the photographs and description are all for decoration only; a fact that was not relayed to us until well after our check-in when we attempted to turn them on. Furthermore, the jacuzzi tubs in the upstairs bathrooms, one of the main reasons this home was booked, were inoperable; another detail that was not relayed to us until after check-in. The home was beautiful, but there was quite a lack of communication regarding several of the amenities.
