PET POLICY
Just a note about our little fur friends: The well-behaving pets are always welcome. Please ensure that they are not disturbing the neighbors with barking. Please keep your dog on the leash while walking outside. Please curb your animals and bag up the outside litter after them and dispose the bag at the trash container at the curbside. Please do not allow animals to sleep in the bed or on the couch ($50 cleanup fee). Please pickup all dog/cat hair after the check out to the best of your ability. Lint roller is provided to assist. Please don’t use the human plates to serve pets (it really did happen before). If all these guidelines followed, no extra pet cleanup will be charged. We have been resistant to charge a set "pet fee" since we witnessed that a majority of pet owners pick after their pets and shouldn't be punished for the actions of those rare few who don't . This is why we are operating under the principle of "no pet mess - no pet clean up." With all this being said, we love the opportunity to host you and your fur family in Tallahassee :)

spacious apartment. Bed very comfortable. Sofa not comfortable. WiFi was in and out. Mobility issues with husband n myself. Stairs are difficult for us but there were only 4 stairs so we did well. Area was great! Easy to travel, close eateries n local shopping. Big plus was close to relatives homes. Would recommend this very quiet tuck-away place to stay! AC great but did not use laundry facilities. We were in snd out most of our stay visiting family n sight seeing.

Property has an odd smell, lots of air fresheners around the house. Also has very thin walls, couch was rough, but the bed was comfortable. Great central location to everything you need.
