The house was comfortable and worked well for our family. The location was convenient for us, with downtown Sacramento only about a 15 minute drive away. We had planned to bring our dog and he would have loved the large yard, although there are a lot of rocks so it wasn’t ideal for our small children to play in. The neighborhood wasn’t our favorite, but the house itself was spacious and comfortable. The only issue we noticed was that the AC didn’t cool the furthest bedroom with the two twin beds, though the ceiling fan helped.

Great little place. I didn't stay here personally, my brothers stayed while they were in town. Cute place, lots of shade trees in the back. The backyard is large. I think the only issue they had was connecting to the Wifi.
