The apartment, on the garden level, is located in a super convenient and quiet spot; you can leave your car behind and get around on foot (except to go to the port!!! )
The house is fully equipped (Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning in every room, independent heating, 2 private parking spaces, .....mosquito screens in every room)

The house is perfect for both young families and older guests who want to enjoy the summer by going to the beach but also relax in the garden!!!
The house is very cozy and features a private entrance (with an attached parking space), leading to a beautiful garden that’s well-maintained year-round, followed by a lovely, comfortable patio furnished for your outdoor dinners.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer. There is an outdoor utility room with a washing machine. The house is also equipped with large water tanks to prevent any potential water shortages, though these are rare.
Located in a strategic spot with easy access to everywhere.
A 2-minute walk takes you to the shopping center
In 8 min. walk, you can reach the beach via a pedestrian path
A 5-minute walk takes you to a bakery and a supermarket
A 5-minute walk takes you to another shopping center, Delfino, also accessible via a pedestrian path
In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the golf course or the wonderful harbor.

IMPORTANT:
In addition to the base cost for lodging and house cleaning, the following expenses must be budgeted for and paid directly on site:

15 euros per person per stay for sheet and towel rental;
100 euros for check-in/check-out assistance

horseback riding;

various private and public beaches;

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR TRIPS
To get to Siena: about 110 km, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
To get to Forte dei Marmi: 160 km, approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes (don’t miss the market on Wednesdays).
It takes 20 minutes to get to Follonica or Castiglione della Pescaia, where you’ll find supermarkets, movie theaters, and more. There’s also a market on Fridays:
To get to Massa Marittima: 40 km, about 35 min
To get to Livorno: 38 km, about 35 min
To get to Civitavecchia: 150 km, about 1h40
To get to Pisa: 132 km, about 1h30
