The selected apartment uses the Click&Stay service. A few days before your arrival, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Click&Stay stay manager. You’ll need to use this to complete the necessary formalities before your arrival, such as: tourist tax, security deposit, signing the rental agreement, and any fees for parking or bringing a pet.

In select properties, access to the apartment is either via a code or by picking up the keys from a key box. The code will be available on Click&Stay on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed.

If you encounter any problems, you can also complete all formalities at the local office. The local office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

• The damage deposit is 300 PLN. It consists of a pre-authorization (hold) on the guest’s card. The funds held on the card will be released within 5 days after check-out.

• The release of the security deposit held on the card depends on the bank where the guest has their payment card and may take between 7 and 14 days.

• Tourist tax (currently 6.35 PLN per night per person).

• The apartment has an underground parking garage, which is subject to an additional fee.

• Pets are not allowed in the selected apartment.

• The apartments are equipped with bed linens and towels.
