Guest access
Our guests will have full access to all areas of the house during their stay. This includes all amenities, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen, common areas, bathrooms, and any other space within the perimeter of the house. We want them to feel at home and enjoy all the facilities we offer to make their stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved, do not enter the house, and instead remain outside. They must be declared at the time of booking, along with the number of guests.

***WARNING*** IF THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THE PET ENTERED/SLEPT INSIDE THE RESIDENCE, PENALTIES WILL APPLY.

Our appliances are 110V. Please pay attention when plugging them in, as we also have 220V outlets.

We do not allow loud music or parties.
The use of car stereos, or any other type of sound system, is expressly prohibited. If loud music or a band is used and the neighbors complain, the rental will be terminated immediately and you will be subject to the APPLICATION OF MUNICIPAL LAW AND CURRENT DECREES.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

The property accommodates up to 16 people. If you wish to bring more people than declared in the reservation for overnight stays or day trips, an additional fee of R$100.00 per guest will be charged per day.

The house has camera surveillance only in the external areas, which does not interfere with the guest's privacy.
