You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Brand new spacious in-law apartment with separate entrance and a separate one car garage. Full kitchen and laundry, living room, full bathroom with walk in shower, large walk in closet ,one master bedroom. The best place to relax indoor after visiting the great Charlotte area.

The property was very nice and roomy. It was also very clean and the bed is very comfortable. I liked the idea of parking in a garage and it made me feel safe knowing my vehicle was left out in the open. The owner was very quickly responsive when I had questions. I stayed here for the May Nascar Race and plan on returning again and will be staying here again

The host was exceptional. Great communication throughout the whole process from securing the apartment until we departed!The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, clean, warm & had a ton of amenities for a comfortable stay. A home away from home!We would most definitely rent this property again & highly recommend it.
