Additional stone terraces with direct access to the ocean offer ideal spots for relaxation. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round.
The sandy beaches of Paguera and the idyllic pebble cove of Cala Fornells are within easy walking distance. The lively town center of Paguera, with its diverse selection of restaurants and shopping, is also nearby.

the sofa bed, you’ll need 1 additional linen set (extra charge). Cala Fornells is a quiet town right next to Paguera. The town center and the beaches of Paguera are within easy walking distance and offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Along the promenade, you’ll find numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafés serving both international and local cuisine. The various beach promenades also feature many charming cafés and restaurants with views of the sea and the beach in front of them. Cala Fornells itself features a small cove with rather coarse gravel, which is also well-suited for swimming. There’s also space on the large stone terraces where you can sunbathe. A short walk through a small woodland leads to additional beautiful gravel coves with wonderfully clear water.

Linen packages (maximum 2) for all bedrooms (towels, bed linens), final cleaning, check-in/check-out, on-site contact person, water, electricity, and tourist tax.
* Arrival and departure are possible any day of the week.
* For check-in/check-out between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on December 24 (after 5:00 PM), December 31 (after 5:00 PM), and January 1 (before 11:00 a.m.), an additional fee of 50 euros applies.
* Payment terms: Deposit via bank transfer; remaining balance and security deposit in cash upon check-in
