Welcome to Chateau Divine, a stunning 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home perfectly located:
7 minutes from Downtown Greenville
6 minutes from Furman University
10 minutes from Downtown Traveler's Rest
9 minutes to Paris Mountain State Park
Chateau Divine was designed with your comfort in mind. With a beautiful living area, full kitchen, cozy beds, complimentary laundry, and a fenced in yard for your pets (welcome w/ a pet fee), we are certain that your stay with us will be nothing short of Divine.
Located on a residential street near a local elementary school, Chateau Divine is perfectly positioned to be an excellent home-away-from-home.
Our driveway provides off-street parking and easy access to the front door, your main entrance.
Guests will enter via a smart lock on the door with a unique code programmed for your stay.
Upon entering the home, you will be taken aback by our beautiful living room with a cozy rattan sofa and lovely armchairs.
Off of the living area is a dining table with seating for four. Additional seating is available at a pub table in the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to cook up and serve a lovely meal, and also contains our washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms. The left bedroom features a Queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. The right bedroom is the master, though please note that the en suite bathroom can also be accessed from the dining area.
This room contains a King bed, night stands, dresser, closet, and a TV.
The third bedroom and the half bathroom are upstairs in the converted attic space.
The attic contains an additional window unit for cooling the space. The spacious room contains a King bed and night stands, a small dresser and even a lovely armchair in a corner nook.
The upstairs also has an en suite half bath, containing a single vanity and toilet.
In addition to the inside of the house, guests have full access to our fenced in yard, which is great for your pets.
We can't wait to welcome you to our home. We're sure it will be a stay to remember!
I tend to let my guests keep to themselves, but am always just a message away if needed!
Chateau Divine is in the Sans Souci area, very close to a local elementary school, and is located on a residential street in a largely residential area.
I recommend a car for your stay, as our public transportation isn't really up to snuff yet. Uber and Lyft are available for affordable transport to and from Downtown to enjoy a night out responsibly.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with ring camera, wifi router, or smart lock.

Great place to call home in Greenville! Awesome that it’s pet friendly and has a fenced in back yard that keeps them SAFE! Would definitely stay here again.

Bedrooms and living area were comfy and cozy perfect for our sports filled weekend visit to the area- everyone needed to just crash. I picked this house because of the fenced and private backyard but we barely used it because of our early am/late evening schedule. Easy access to a few shops and restaurants making our stay that much simpler. Very much appreciated the little snacks and beverages for my busy crew. They loved the chocolates on the beds!! We also made friends with a neighbors cat and affectionately named him “Bob”.

We loved the property. It suited my family’s need completely. Very easy to use all equipment, very good communication from the owners.
