Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We'd stay here again if the owner replaced the twin and double mattresses as they were very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a great trip!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is close to the trash pickup every day at 8AM. The floor is tiled echo prone. The toilets flush like an airport bathroom. On the porch the neighboring unit's A/C is extremely loud. Basic accommodations at best. And the elevator (one of two) was out of order.
