Property overall was good. Having amenities of golf cart and bicycles included with rental was added bonus! House was nice and big and clean. Close to grocery store, shops in Seaside! Parking was a little difficult with golf cart in garage. Had issue with 2 of the bikes pedals fell off during the week but were fixed and quickly! Ice maker didn't work with the fridge. Issue with fans and remotes. Remotes would only turn on certain fans. May need to be reprogrammed. Porch swing cushions had a mildew smell. Last night at the rental had torential down pour of rain. Master bathroom down stairs started leaking water from the ceiling. Was addressed at time with property management.

House was very nice and works great for our family.
