Kitchen and house overall very well stocked, inside was clean, beds comfortable. Inside of house was as pictured online. Quick, easy walk to the beach. I will say the spa had algae and pool dirty, someone came out and tried to improve it but water turned green again in 2 days. We did hear that the pool upkeep companies in that area are all a bit lazy so other pools in that town may be no better. Pool water color and algae was our only complaint- would probably rent again despite this.

This house was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay! From the outdoor pool area (with a bathroom and extra refrigerator) to the multiple porches and large kitchen, there was room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with all pots, pan and gadgets you could want, making cooking in a dream. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We were very impressed with this property. Everything was as pictured. It is a beautiful home with high quality amenities. Our party had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is great. It’s a short walk to the beach which we did often. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. We would definitely give this home a 10/10.

We stayed at the Funky Conch to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and truly felt brand new. Every room was thoughtfully done and so comfortable — plenty of space for everyone to spread out but still feel together. The outdoor living area was our favorite part. The pool was such a hit with the kids — they swam nonstop and made the best memories. It was the perfect setting for celebrating such a special milestone. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather as a family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, spacious home in Fort Myers Beach!
