Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Hochkönig and Steinernes Meer mountain regions, in the Sonnberg district of Maria Alm, lies the Herzog/Rager family’s vacation apartment.
This modern apartment not only impresses with its idyllic location but also guarantees relaxation for young and old alike! 
The apartment is located right near great starting points for easy hikes around the Hundstein, and for more challenging trails, the Steinernes Meer and the Hochkönig massif are the perfect starting points. In winter, the nearest ski lift for a great day of skiing is also just a short drive away (about 3 minutes by car)

The vacation apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. In addition, the apartment has a separate entrance and parking available right in front of the house.

Apartment, shower, toilet, non-smoking:

Our small but charming Sunnseit vacation apartment has a total area of 37 m². It features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a living and dining area.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people—there is a sleeper chair in the living and dining area for the third person. However, this is recommended primarily for (younger) children.
Since we recently built our house, the exterior doesn’t look perfect yet—but everything will be completed over the course of the year. Specifically, this means that the exterior facade and the house’s outdoor area in general aren’t quite finished (visually speaking). (Of course, this does not affect the interior of the vacation rental.)
