Close to everything, you will be delighted to explore the city! On a business trip, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the administrative center of the CUS and the NHC, in the heart of the Rive-Etoile district.

🅿️ An underground parking space will be available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

🛏️ This wonderful apartment is composed of a spacious bedroom, with a double bed.

🛋️ 🍽️ A living room/kitchen/meal space composed of a lounge area, with its comfortable sofa (convertible for 2 people) and flat screen television, and a fully equipped kitchen area with a central island for meals. (Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine)

🌞 A magnificent 21m² attic terrace with a table and chairs is at your disposal.

🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🛏️ the beds will be made with clean sheets, bed linen for the sofa bed will be at your disposal,

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat for the bathroom and a tea towel per kitchen,

House rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



⛔ Animals are strictly prohibited.



🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €120 cleaning costs.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
