This was a great value. We have a huge family and being able to have a bed for everyone was great. There are very steep at stairs to enter. It was also very convenient to get into NYC via bus.

Great place, clean and good location for our work trip

Perfect for what we needed!

The beds are comfortable. The place gets really hot even when adjusting the temp. The a/c unit in one room did not work & it was the hottest room (the one right beside the kitchen). Some of the bath towels had stains. The restroom was not clean when we arrived. Gets pricey having to take the NJ transit to NYC. There is a door with a sign to keep closed, when you enter. Well one day we noticed that the door was open. I messaged the host & his reponse was it’s an entry to basement and not to worry about it. The day of check out we noticed a male come out of the basement, don’t know if it was the host or someone else. It would have been nice to know someone was staying down there to not alert us this way.
