This is the perfect spot to land in Aggieland, especially on a game weekend! Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood. The backyard is so nice! It is a guest house behind a house full of students who were quiet and courteous.

This is our second year staying here while attending Texas A&M baseball games. It is convenient to all venues and gives 2 people plenty of room and the flexibility to cook or get take out.
