This home has everything any family could ask for. The game room is such a bonus, we used all of the equipment nearly every day, and even held our own Cape Cod Olympics. The home is meticulously maintained, clean, and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We have rented many homes on the Cape and this has been our favorite. A big thank you to the owners and Adam, our agent for making this a spectacular family vacation.

Not only is the house beautiful and the pool wonderful, but everything was provided. I didn't have to worry about towels, linens, and the garage was packed with pool toys and floats, and balls for playing soccer, catch, or wiffleball. The downstairs activity area was also awesome. The amenities were fabulous; it was clear that the owner considered the needs of the guests, including guests with young children! We were able to fully enjoy our time together, playing with the kids in the pool, barbecuing, and relaxing at the firepit with a drink after they were in bed. Fabulous time! Oh - and the manager, Adam, was wonderful too, very accommodating. Thank you, Adam!

It’s got everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed for many years on the Cape at rental properties, but this by far was our favorite. The house is lovely and so well appointed, there is nothing that isn’t provided. The game room was a real hit with our group and we held our very own Cape Olympics! The house is equipped with beach gear, including chairs, coolers, and even some toys. The linens and towels were top shelf as were all the kitchen amenities. We loved spending the afternoons and evenings around the pool and spa, even used the fire pit for making s’mores. The location is excellent as you are close to shops and restaurants. If I had to find one thing that was not five star, I would say it was the noise from the construction going on in the neighborhood and on the main road. Having said that, I would absolutely rent this house again and plan to next year as I know the construction noise is temporary. Thanks to Adam and his team for yet another spectacular Cape rental!
