This condo is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and have high quality linens. I was able to cook in the unit, which was fully furnished with basic cooking items, and there is a little store downstairs for supplies. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problem with the reservation. We had to provide our IDs ahead of time so that the building would allow us in. The building is very strict about admission, so make sure you declare exactly who is in your party ahead of time.

The area and condo were very clean! There also wasn’t a lot of traffic noise coming through. The hosts were very helpful and on top of everything!

Great communications with Mark and the accommodations were fantastic. It is still was a bit small for 4 folks but we survived fine and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in the apartment of SMDC COAST. The location was perfect for a visit in the city. It was nice to be able to use the pool after a long day. The communication with Mr Jensen was easy and his responses were swift and timely. He always found solutions for us and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Manila.
