Unprofessional staff with attitudes. Mostly untrained. In sinning area all groups up at corners and do gossips, discuss and smile at guests. Don’t not book this hotel if you are looking for service under the brand Park

Debabrata from the restaurant was a really nice and sweet person.

Personal drivers were not allowed to sleep in the car while the car is parked in the hotel premises and worst thing , drivers are not informed about this rulw at the time of check in. At night when everything is closed, they prohibit the driver from sleeping in the car and that leaves them high and dry late in the night. The hotel security team argued and fought with him. This is an unfair practice. They also urge the drivers to book a sub standard room in the hotel but not in the car

The ambience and infra was good. The lady on security gate was super helpful. My daughter was injured in the property she helped us with first aid. This was one good thing.

The service quality is not upto the standard, we had to make multiple request to get a towel in the swimming pool,but the staffs did not bother much about it we ended up going back to room in wet clothes, further you have to pay for everything apart from your stay. I recall a incident wherein we requested to refill the complementary water the person. on the phone asked for money
