Convenient location near a main road but in a quiet area. No garden but there’s a nice big grassy area right next to it including a play park. It’s by the river but it’s all fenced off, which is a good thing as there’s quite dense foliage along the river bank so it keeps kids and dogs safe. There was plenty parking, an outdoor shopping mall just along the road, 2 drive thru coffee shops within half a mile and while most things are probably a drive away, there is a pub about 10 minutes walk away and it’s dog friendly.
Personal preference, the mattresses were very soft, but wouldn’t stop us booking again.

"Marvellous! Very clean and tidy. Good location with access easy to the city and the concert venue. Good and friendly communication and flexibility. Would highly recommend."
