Great room, it had counter space, table space, hanger space, and a washer/dryer. Stayed in room 401 and it was very clean. Also only 3 minute walk to the train station, that was only 2 stops from Shinjuku station, great hub.
I didn’t mind, but I know going up 4 flights of stairs can be a lot for some people. And the bathroom was the most dated bathroom I had seen in Japan. It was still clean and usable. Just tight space is all, probably 5’ x 5’ including toilet, sink, and shower. Definitely be weary if you are needing more space in that area. For my family it was manageable for a couple days.
