Suite Residenza Quartieri Storici Duomo

beautiful and clean

No staff (just on the phone) - but then again they were helpful when i needed them.

Apartment is very good and location is just perfect right next to duomo.

Customer service. Nobody picked up our call when we wanted to reach out to the owner.

The shower needs a place to hold the soap and bath items. We would have liked more toilet paper, the rolls were small and we ran out often. We loved the high

This property was lovely inside and clean and the location is perfect. However unfortunately my stay here was tarnished with the lack of responsiveness from the hosts. There was in issue with my check in and the hosts were unreachable. As a result I had to find another place to stay on my first night. The hosts were not helpful at all. They don’t answer their phone so if you need anything it’s almost impossible to get a hold of them. I spoke to other guests staying next door to me and they told me they also had issues with communicating with the hosts. The wi fi is also not great.

Lack of communication with the property hosts. It’s almost impossible to reach them
