Location

We were on the top floor and there was no lift. My 82 year old Mother in law was with us and she had to climb seven flights of stairs, which wasn't cool. Also had to carry all our luggage up the stairs.

Size and space to fit all my family

That the toilet and toaster were broken and that there were cockroaches in the bathroom.

Great location to beach , Pacific Fair and train/ transport options

The cleaners hadn’t done a great job prior to our stay. The couch has food crumbs in all the cracks, the facilities were dusty (tables, cabinets etc) and it looked like things had been cleaned around, not under. Some of the bathroom locks didn’t work (not great when they are shared bathrooms) mouldy silicon around shower base and extraction vents really grimey. Carpet stains and curtain stains. Would have expected two towels each for a 9 day stay so they could be rotated. BBQ is a shared facility poolside, not as part of unit and advertisement should state upstairs unit not use the word penthouse. I guess I just expected a bit better value from an unserviced property.
