Lochiel Villa Guest House

The apartment was perfect - beautiful, comfortable, clean and well located. . It looked very new and very nicely designed, a well equiped kitchen and a large comfortable living room and work corner. Considerate padding had bin put on inclines where people might bump their head. Just a few minutes walk from the town center, restaurants and shops, and 6 minutes walk from a grocery store. Also ample parking for all the geusts.

Location is very convenient and in picturesque location,walkable to center and restaurants. Accomodation is clean pleasing. Easy checkin with clear instructions.

Broken bathroom door handle, could not lock the door properly, congested single room for four people. No kitchen facilities or washing facilities in the property. Washbasin is so small, we wash face on owe own feet.

Room was clean, sizeable and nicely decorated. However, property was totally unmanned, in fact rather haunting. Despite reading great reviews just a year old which highly praised the breakfast, their was in fact no breakfast. The room milk ran out after one day and because their was no staff it was never replenished. Rooms were never serviced and we had to put our own rubbish out behind the building. The property was presumably until recently a small hotel as had reception desk, lounge and restaurant area, all unmanned and little dusty. Don't mind doing our own thing but the price was exorbitant for just a room only, which I would not call deluxe.
