The location of the apartment was great. It was in a quiet area of Paris, in a private courtyard, near public transport, a few small shops and an amazing boulangerie. We walked to a couple of the sights from the apartment. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, with a good shower and comfy beds. There was an Internet TV with okay signal, an oven, coffee pod machine and dishwasher. The apartment was mostly below ground level, so the windows were quite high up the wall, which was a quirky aspect and somehow made it feel quite private. There were several steps down to the apartment because of that, which didn't bother us, as we carried the pushchair up and down, but it's worth bearing in mind if you have someone with a physical disability.

There could of been a few more utensils/items that would of made using the kitchen easier, ie. tea towels for drying pots, kitchen roll for spills or some tea bags as part of a welcome package. As we were travelling from a different country these were things that we didn't pack in our holiday suitcase. We also had trouble finding and entering the property, which would of been okay if the email hadn't been lost in my junk (which is not the properties fault, but I didn't realise I needed a code or directions to find the un-numbered door until we got there). It would of been helpful if I could also have accessed this information on the booking app where we were sent check-in and damage waiver information. We were lucky a very helpful neighbour caught us wandering around and spoke in French on the phone to the property company for us.

Appartement très bien situé et d’une grande propreté. Il est idéal pour 4 personnes, avec ses deux chambres, une grande salle de bain, un WC séparé et une agréable pièce de vie réunissant salon, salle à manger et cuisine parfaitement équipée. L’appartement peut également accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes grâce au canapé-lit.(moin agréable) Un logement confortable, spacieux et bien agencé, parfait pour un séjour à 4 personnes.

Nur die Lage war gut.

Es war sehr schmutzig. Der Boden war schon seit Monaten nicht geputzt. Nur die Küche war sauber. Sonst sehr alte Möbel, die Stühle sind schmutzig und kaputt, müssen unbedingt ersetzt werden. Der Boiler bei der Wasseraufbereitung ist sehr laut. Wir waren nur übernachten und duschen dort. Die kleine Kissen sind auch schon zum wegwerfen.
