A lovely little place to stay small and compact with everything you need perfect for 2 people, love the outdoor decking and table where you can have a meal by the water side Definitely one of the better places to stay on booking.com thankyou so much for a lovely stay x

What a little gem of a find! We were in Lincoln for work and simply couldn't get a hotel room due to the NATO exercise so we found this floating cabin. Will absolutely stay again! The owners were super accessible and helpful by phone, the unit was compact but perfect for two with good quality fixtures and fittings and crisp linens. There was a generous Welcome Basket and it was a shame to have to go to work everyday; I could have cheerfully sat on the deck and watching the ducks and waterlilies. Plenty of options for dinner within walking distance and a lovely peaceful environment.

Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Great location and views

It was in a nice place and felt relaxing and near to places to visit . A thought of thought has gone into layout .

Glass on bedroom floor - cut open foot , dirty wine glasses and cups not washed . Pills and prescription. Found near sofa not ours . Sofas well past it best and not comfortable at all . Walls worn damaged and looks tatty . Was far too hot and uncomfortable in bedroom . One fan provided . But just moved hot air around we appreciated it was very hot . But just not set up for this weather .. Should have just checked out after 2 nd night of trying . Key fob didn’t work twice and had to get it reset by security to get out of gates.
