Location is great. Close to city centre and the Mattioli Arena. We come every year for the World Grand Prix of Darts so this is a perfect location for us
Clean, Lovely mattress on Bed, Sufficient towels - good to see a hand towel this year and was sent the WiFi password this year.
The noise from outside woke me at 4.30am. So might help to put more efficient sound proof glazing in.
2 pillows per person. 1 super soft, 1 rock hard. So found it hard to get comfortable. But that's more of a preference thing

The flat looked nice and was a good size. it had everything I needed. The wifi or the TV reception was poor but adequate. The dining table was nicely set out but unnecessarily so. The flat was also warm and my host was very helpful and polite.
