Everything. Wonderful, friendly hosts (Serena&Simone) with great recommendations, amazing breakfasts. The room was modern yet the setting is traditional. Well situated close to Centro Orvieto.

Everything was perfect

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at CasalPiano Orvieto! We stayed for only two nights and honestly wished we could have stayed much longer. Serena and Simone are the most welcoming, kind, and helpful hosts. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The property itself is absolutely charming, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. And the breakfast was exceptional — homemade cakes and jams, delicious croissants, and fresh eggs. Everything was clearly prepared with so much care and attention to detail. Serena was also wonderful with recommendations for restaurants in Orvieto — every place she suggested was fantastic! We would absolutely love to return to CasalPiano and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto. A beautiful property, wonderful hosts, and a truly special stay! ❤️
