Very clean, everything you need and the whole place looked like new. Really well equipped, good facilities and wifi, excellent shower and comfy bed, just super.
Nothing, this was a great place that provided everything we needed.

We had a lovely one night stay in this nice and clean apartment. Everything we needed was present and the airconditioning was great. In the evening we walked along the Sarthe and saw lots of people picknicking in the park. We didn't do that, but had our breakfast in the nice outdoor area of the apartment.
The beds weren't great, but still ok. The surrounding area was ok, but not a reason to come to this place.
