The staff were very friendly and accomodating with helping me navigate the city as Cairo can be a hectic place for new travellers. Classic Egyptian breakfast is served in the morning and laundry services ensure that active travellers always have clean clothes. Airport pickup and tour guides around the pyramids and other tourists sites are also offered. I was directed to a nearby gym with cheap day passes. Universal charging ports were also a big plus if you forgot an adapter. The balcony offers a nice view of authentic Cairo next to a historical Armenian Church and mosque. Football matches are also regulalry playing on the TV for diehard fans.

Le personnel était super agréable et arrangeant, ils nous ont bien conseillé pour beaucoup de choses ! Les lits sont confortables.
Chambres très bruyantes, sanitaires collectifs et très rudimentaires.
