We loved every moment of our stay- great location (highlights were walking to park, grocery store), beautiful decor and finishes, and awesome pool and patio. We will be back! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!

Absolutely the best hosts we ever experienced. The house was very accommodating for the four of us. The pool was clean and at a very comfortable 90 degrees. The kitchen was very large with well appointed with everything we needed including a wide range of spices. The appliances we used were top notch. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and they even left a mint on each pillow! Another very nice and convenient aspect of this place was the location. It is less than 15 minutes into Old Town Scottsdale, just a few minutes to the freeway and literally a 3 minute walk to a lovely park (Chaparral Park). Lastly, once again want to reiterate my thanks to Marianna & James. Their guide book was very helpful and we really appreciated the tone of respect which is refreshing. Some of the places we've stayed actually came across S not so friendly. We always felt Jim and Marianna wanted us to enjoy the house and the local area. We really felt at ease and our stay was very enjoyable. This place gets our wholehearted recommendation.

It's a great home with a great backyard space with pool. Kitchen very well equipped .Pool.is lovely and clean. The location is great and close to everything (restaurants, grocery store, greenbelt).Would definitely stay again

From arrival to departure our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and all we needed. The house was clean and very well appointed. We are 3 generations and everything worked beautifully. My grand daughter especially enjoyed the pool, pool toys, on property citrus trees, birds and the nearby park. We would trust any property managed by this fantastic couple. Thank you so much Mariana and James!
