This beautiful villa was completely restored in 2023 by the architect Michel Corbin and built in 1960 by his father Gérard Corbin, a student of Ali Tur. Villa built in the Ali Tur style in 1960, resolutely modern with its cubic shape, planters and circles on the façade, will welcome you with family or friends to spend excellent moments facing the islet of Gosier. Built on 2 levels, it has 5 bedrooms equipped with 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets. The villa is located in the center of the village of Le Gosier on the edge of the cliff from which a breathtaking view can be enjoyed from the infinity pool or from the various terraces. A large fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave oven, hob, American fridge freezer, small additional fridge, double sink, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils and crockery, Nespresso and bean coffee makers, toaster, kettle, A laundry area is provided with washing machine and dryer. For meals you can take them outside on the table for 10 people or at the kitchen counter.

You can easily visit Guadeloupe because it is located in the middle of the island on the mainland, 2 steps from the low land. You can walk to the beach of Anse Canot and Datcha with its festive bars. On foot you also have mini-markets, bakeries, and restaurants. The villa is in a very quiet area. Babies are also welcome because we have 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 potty at their disposal. The swimming pool is under alarm.
