The living area is accessed via an exterior staircase; at the top, in front of the entrance door, there is a covered loggia from which the lake and Polvese Island can be seen in the distance. On the first floor, there are cellars used for storing tools, which the owner keeps locked. Inside the house, there are three double bedrooms: one of the three bedrooms has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed; in the largest double bedroom, there is a crib with drop-down rails and a single sofa bed; in the third double bedroom, there is a closet, an armchair, a large desk (which can serve as a study or workstation), with a well-stocked bookshelf next to it. Therefore, there are a total of 6 sleeping accommodations, plus room for 1 small child and 1 teenager. There are two bathrooms: a smaller one equipped with a shower and three toilets, and a larger one with a bathtub and three toilets. The living area consists of a spacious room that serves, on one side, as a kitchen-dining area with a long table, two refrigerators (one with a freezer), a high chair for a child, and enough supplies for 6–8 people; and on the other side, as a living room with a fireplace. The large, fully fenced garden, adorned with shady pine trees, shrubs, and flowers, allows you to enjoy a vacation centered on simplicity, relaxation, and connection with nature; It is for the exclusive use of guests (who have made a reservation) without interference from the owners and can be freely enjoyed by children and dogs in complete safety, privacy, and seclusion from neighboring homes. The ground-floor veranda, approximately 33 square meters, is furnished with two tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. A barbecue is located next to the veranda. An automated lawn mower operates at night (the owner will provide instructions regarding the safety of the equipment, which complies with all regulations).
