Ocean Park Beach: Just a short walk away, enjoy golden sands, warm Caribbean waters, and a relaxed beach vibe. Conveniences nearby. A major supermarket is located one block away in Condado. Nightlife & Entertainment 5-minute Uber ride to La Placita Close to Condado’s casinos, bars, and nightlife.
Getting Around:
We recommend using Uber for getting around San Juan—it’s convenient and widely available. If you’re planning to explore other parts of the island, a rental car is your best option. Car rentals are available directly at the airport. Please note that only street parking is available nearby, or you may use Gallery Plaza Garage, which charges an hourly fee.
Other Things to Note:
No elevator — the building has stairs only.
This is a short-term rental:
- Please note that a $100 incidental security deposit is placed on the date of arrival. This deposit is held in case the unit is not returned in the same condition as received, cover potential damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. If these conditions are met, the $100 hold will be released, it may vary depending on your financial institution. Processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days for credit cards and up to 30 days for debit cards.

Title: Great Location, but Lacking Basic Comfort and AmenitiesRating: / 5The condo was very clean and the location was fantastic—centrally located and close to everything, including the beaches. Communication with the host was also very good, and the code-based check-in process was seamless.However, for the price we paid, we found the amenities were lacking for a group of four to stay comfortably:• Kitchen Essentials: The kitchen was under-equipped. There were only four plates and a couple of utensils, meaning we had to ask for more just to have a normal meal.• Linens: There were not enough towels for four people. We were forced to do laundry every second day just to have clean towels, which is not how you want to spend your time on vacation.• Lack of Furniture: The bedrooms were extremely basic. There was nowhere to put our suitcases or belongings, so everything had to be kept on the floor for the duration of the trip.• Rigid Management: Despite the condo being empty, the team refused to be flexible with the check-in time. Because it is run by a management company rather than an individual host, the experience felt very corporate and lacked a personal, "human" touch.Overall, while the location is perfect, the property needs better furnishing and more supplies to justify the cost and provide a comfortable stay for guests.
