Beds were super comfy. Loved the massage chair. Good midway location between Kings Island and Great American Ballpark.

Nice place, good price. Though listed, there is no double sofa bed. There's a sofa but it isn't a bed. No shampoo or soap. Dispensers were empty. Had to go to the store to purchase. But overall, it was good. We'd stay again, with those caveats.

We stayed here while visiting our son at Xavier. The location was convenient to campus and the surrounding area. While the area felt a little older we were told it’s the better side of campus to be on. We had a little trouble with unlocking the electronic key door but the owner was responsive and helpful.
The coffee and creamers provided were spot on as that’s all I needed in terms of grocery items for the weekend and I didn’t have to bring or buy them. The massage chair was a hit. We would stay here again.
