The property was well stocked/appointed. The game room would be better without the air hockey and adding a good free standing multi-game electronic game console and/or a pinball machine. The fire pit was quite minimalistic, and it would be great to have a real wood burning fire pit. Plenty of TV's and sound enhancement with good wifi connections. Electric kitchen is a big minus, but made up for with a nice gas grill and Blackstone. The deck (kitchen level) was fantastic.. we ate all our meals outside on the deck. It would have been nice if there was some kind of "workspace" to be able to set up a laptop etc, but it seemed that othr than dining tables, there was very few "flat areas" throughout. Unless I missed something (I did not stay in the bedroom downstairs) there is no closet in that "bedroom" (which technically means it can not be referred to as a bedroom in most states) The appliances were all high end. We go on a "family vacation" every year, and this was a very nicely appointed rental property.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and had one of the most well appointed kitchens of any place we have stayed. The beds and furniture were super comfy. The downstairs game room was great. Honestly it was perfect. The only downside was the hot tub was not working because of the crazy winter temperatures. This was no fault of the owners or management company. We understood this and we did not mind. We were made aware of this ahead of time by the property management company, which we appreciated. We felt right at home and look forward to another stay at this beautiful location.

The house what exactly what we needed for a relaxing girls trip. All the ladies raved about the quietness of the community, the cleanliness and how well stocked the house was with amenities. We will absolutely recommend your properties to others if the are all this well kept.
