A very nice place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. Property is clean and property owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent her again

So close to town. Great place with garage access for bikes.

The Mulberry house is an excellent place to stay in Fruita. It is clean, well maintained and roomy. The towels and bedding are good quality, the beds are very comfortable and the living room is warm and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and sufficient cookware and utensils. It's a bit small (1980's style). The host was very responsive with help that I needed. The location is excellent, a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. I want to stay there again.

Overall this home suited the purpose- comfy home, lots of decor to look at! Only downside was the A/C unit didn’t work too well and the room listed with two twin beds had only one actual bed and a couch type unit. Sharon was easy to communicate with and her willingness to make sure our stay was a pleasant one was appreciated.
