The space
Our space is a definitely a classic (built around 1872), but has been updated with all new appliances, fresh paint and love. Although we are not there full time, it is still our home many times throughout the year so it is full of character and personal touches.
It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed.
In addition to the bedrooms and other living spaces, there's also a comfy loft space upstairs, a wrap around porch and fenced in yard.
It's nestled near the heart of downtown Loveland within walking distance to the trail, restaurants and parks.
Guest access
High speed wifi internet
ROKU on two TV's for streaming services
Washer + Dryer in the basement
Coffee machine which allows for both drip coffee and pods
Cooking/Baking supplies

Cute house in walking distance from downtown. Hosts were very attentive and helpful. The house's floors do creak alot when you walk but other that i have zero complaints!

Cute and quaint house Lovely yard. Comfy beds. Creaky stairs but it added character to the house. Thanks for the good communication

This place is a gem -- enough space for 5 of us (my family with two kids 6 & 10 as well as my father). First-floor bedroom was really nice for my dad so he didn't have to climb the stairs. The board games and chessboard were a favorite of the kids and everything was clean. I must mention how well stocked everything was in the kitchen in terms of dinnerware, plates and the like. Everything was in good condition and easy to use. Victoria was great with her communication, and the location is great. 100% would return.
