We had great stay at this property. Host was always helpful, place very clean with nice amenities such as the workout area and pool. Covered parking was great and very secure. Two comments in regards to parking …one the description states third level parking but come to find out it’s not the tradition 3rd level setup. Second getting a large truck out of the parking area is very tight. Overall 5 star place would go back anytime!

Perfect spot to explore Nashville and also attend a basketball tournament in Franklin. The home is stoked with the necessities, we were thankful for W/D, pool and ease of getting around. The location is up and coming but we felt completely safe. We walked 95% of the time, Ubers were cheap and quick when needed, only used our car when we went to Franklin. Great stay, highly recommend.

We had a great stay and would absolutely book here again! The condo was very clean, well organized, and thoughtfully labeled, which made it easy to find everything we needed. It was also stocked with so many helpful extras we didn’t want to pack, including an iron, steamer, and all the basic kitchen essentials.We knew before booking that the property was near train tracks, and while trains passed by frequently, we stayed on the city side of the building and couldn’t hear them from inside the condo at all. The tracks were closest to the pool on the opposite side, but it wasn’t an issue for us.Having free parking in a garage was a great added bonus!Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient stay in a great location. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Had an excellent time. Enjoyed all of the amenities this location had to offer (I.e., pool, outside lounge area w/ plenty of seating plus fire pit, apartment balcony, etc.). The hosts helped answer all our questions. Was walking distance to Broadway (15-min). LOVED LOVED LOVED Nashville..
