Fantastic condo! It was ground level from our parking space even though it was on the top floor. This condo is also right next to the pool which was very convenient for my grandsons. The view from the deck was amazing. I would stay here again.

Make sure to bring a sleep mask as there are curtains in the living area and even in bedroom area light still comes through. The blinds are kind of rough and probably need replaced. But the view is awesome

We enjoyed Estes Park & the location was perfect with proximity to RMNP. Given the nightly price & relatively high cleaning fees, I would say that the unit needs some basic maintenance— kitchen floor has water damage in multiple spots, carpets are stained, tiles are falling off the wall near both showers & the toilet in the master bath runs nearly constantly.
