First stay in Charleston and the location could not have been more perfect - in the heart of King St to do first trip look around with easy walking access to shops/restaurants. The access to parking was a true bonus. Place is as depicted but it was great to have full kitchen esp full size refrigerator. Bed was super comfortable and it was nice to also have substantial pillows of differing thickness to choose from. Easy communications with host and team. We would definitely stay here again and we would go to Darling Oyster again and again as well as Island Provision for morning coffee etc.

Excellent location downtown amidst all the action. Very clear property rules about no noise past 9/10PM so it was easy to sleep. Great experience.

We had an issue with the roof leaking into one of the bathrooms and it was not their fault because you can’t really do anything about nature because it rained heavily, but that was not the first time that issue would happen apparently

The place is spacious. The furniture is worn and not comfortable but the beds were comfortable. There is only one window in the whole place so natural light was very sparse. It’s very convenient being on King St. The communication before during and after was excellent. If we needed anything, I felt like there was good customer service.
