The modern, bright house features a large living/dining area on the first floor with a sunroom.
There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a 2x2 m bed and the other with a 1.4x2 m bed. There is also another large room used as a walk-in closet, and the pull-out guest couch provides additional sleeping space. The upstairs also features a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

The house is surrounded by a large patio, part of which is covered, so you can easily access the patio from the kitchen to reach a large dining table, or head out to the east-facing patio to the breakfast table. The property is located in a low-traffic area.

The town of Peißenberg is very centrally located in the Oberland. Garmisch, Kempten, Augsburg, and Munich are all 40 to 60 minutes away by car. Within walking distance, you and your children can reach the large indoor playground “Marcello Fun Arena,” and the “Rigi-Rutschn” recreation and water park is just 2 km away.
