By government regulation, all guests must register online before arrival and show an ID at the building's front desk. Only family visits are allowed, leaving by 10:00 p.m.; medical visits are also allowed. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m.

From the airport we recommend a taxi or authorized ride (30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic). Search "Palmetto Niido" on Google Maps. Bus stops are a few minutes' walk away and parking in the building is free.

The apartment faces outward and has a balcony with views. It also has a private terrace with BBQ just for the apartment's guests. The bedroom is separate and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom with a shower plus a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, and there is a washer and dryer inside the apartment. Hotel-quality linens, high-speed wifi and streaming TV. Bogotá nights are cool: portable heaters are available for a daily fee.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself. The private terrace with BBQ is for the apartment's guests only. In the building you can use the gym, the coworking space, the terrace with mountain and city views, and the rooftop BBQ area (extra fee). Parking in the building is free.
