Cognac is an outstanding property in terms of luxury and facilities. The land is enormous and fronts almost directly onto the beach. Great area for kids to play sport and run wild. The beach is safe and great fun in high and low tide. Excellent kitchen and living areas.

The house was magical in that it has wonderful space and accommodates comfortably. The hot weather we experienced revealed the air conditioner was not able to cope, especially with the size of the area. Almost the perfect house. However we enjoyed our stay and with the sea so close cooled off naturally. Thank you for sharing you beautiful house with us.

A brief visit to show overseas family Phillip Island ,and in particular the penguins. The location was great as it was by the beach and lovely for walking into town or along the shore.
Large living areas gave us all space, though we hung out a lot in the modern well equipped kitchen.
Our visitors were thrilled to interact with the neighbour (owner?) who gave us feed to encourage the wallabies.
We really enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer.
