Property was as described … this was our second time staying here and we were very satisfied Will stay again !! Easy walk to the beach … quite area at night…. Host was very attentive… excellent stay !

Overall very clean! We had a few maintenance issues that were dealt with immediately. The property is a short walk to the beach, I wouldn’t consider it oceanfront. It was a quiet townhouse type neighborhood. I probably wouldn’t bring my dogs again as it being on the second floor, it was stressful worrying about the noise and neighbor. The house is very close to the downtown amenities with lots of great shops and restaurants! We would recommend this property!

Amazing spot! Super clean, roomy, and 2 minute straight walk to the beach. Super friendly, easy to work with host. Our second stay here in a year.

This is a great house to rent for a wonderful Beach trip! I took my daughter and her 5 friends here for the long weekend for their senior trip. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house is a few blocks from the beach so walking there was easy and simple. It's a very quiet part of the beach and was not overcrowded at all. The home was immaculate and clean. It fit our group perfectly. It was peaceful and private. Its about a 10 min drive to Historic downtown Amelia Island. We had a great time!
