The vacation rental is located in a quiet, garden-facing spot on the first floor, accessible via an outdoor spiral staircase, and features a furnished balcony with a separate entrance that leads directly into the living area.
The living room features a dining area with a toaster, a workspace, a fan, Wi-Fi access, and a flat-screen TV with free streaming services. An additional sleeping option is provided by the 1.20 m wide corner sleeper sofa.
On the shelf, you’ll find books, games, informational brochures, cycling and hiking maps, and a selection of wines available for purchase.
The bright bedroom is furnished with a 2-meter-wide double bed and a large wardrobe; it faces south with a view of the garden and can be completely darkened with a roller blind.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with dishes, silverware, an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, SodaStream, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dish soap, and cleaning supplies, etc.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is new and modern, featuring an elegant design, and includes a hair dryer, soap and shower gel dispensers, a washing machine, a drying rack, and complimentary towels, all of which round out the comfortable atmosphere.
Outside, there is a large terrace framed by shrubs and trees, complete with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs; in the summer, it is shaded by a gazebo.
In the garden, you can enjoy your vacation undisturbed on a bench while your food sizzles on the swivel grill.
A free parking space is located right on the property, next to the garage.
