The grill was very greasy and did not look clean at all. One of the large window blinds was not working until someone reset it and we had to do it that almost every time. We moved the couch in the game room back a bit to play a game and it was obvious no one has moved and swept under there in a long time. The remote for the game room tv was missing and we used one from one of the bedrooms. Otherwise the house seemed well cleaned and well stocked and suited us. The hot tub was nice and we really enjoyed the beautiful views.

There isn’t a better view in all the Blue Ridge! We watched the sunrise over the mountains from the deck and ate out there every evening - incredible! The place was well decorated and well stocked with everything you could need (including a world class marshmallow fork ). Communication with the host was great - overall my highest recommendation. Note only 3 cars can fit in front of the house - you could park a 4th behind them, but it would block the others (a minor issue). You won’t be sorry staying here !

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. love to come back

The house was comfortable with great views of the ski resort. However, because it is "pet friendly" we found it to be a bit unclean with a fair amount of dog hair. It may be rented by more pet owners vs those traveling with kids/grandkids because while it was equipped with a spray to clean urine out of carpet it didn't have any kitchen cleaner (like 409) other than dish soap.
