It is perfect for our little family vacation. Kitchen is big, bathroom is clean, and the host checked in and was very nice and accommodating. Will stay here again!

Zach was amazing from the moment we booked the place till we were actually there and ready to leave, he was always in contact with us. Always offering help if we had any questions. The place was just as expected except way better than we thought it would be. We fully enjoyed our stay there. I would definitely give him a 15 out of 10. We definitely will stay here again if we’re coming back to Jacksonville.

This 2nd floor walk-up apartment is as described, not fancy. Typical beach rental accordingly priced. Clean, comfortable beds with great parking and unit access.

Not the cleanliness I was expecting, the couch was badly stained. The toilet seat was broken and I was unable to get WiFi , it would go in and out. Blinds are broken and hanging off.
