Excellent property great location. House was clean fully loaded with everything you could need. Enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

We come to Steinhatchee annually for scalloping season. We bring our own boat so was very happy to find such a nice house that also had a boat dock. The house was so comfy and well decorated and well stocked. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this vacation rental was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous view overlooking the river. Sitting on the deck in the evening watching the fireworks on July 4th was unforgettable--it made our trip truly special! The location was perfect just minutes to the gulf from the river offering both peaceful surroundings and convenient access to local attractions and a community pool just steps away from the rental. The host made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful riverside escape with incredible views and an amazing place to enjoy the fireworks on July 4th and fishing and scalloping!

Communication with host was great. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. This home is very nicely appointed and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and more. Outside areas are great with lights and fans.House is close to all restaurants and bars in the area. Boat ramp is 3-4 minutes away. Neighborhood is nice and communal pool was a nice place to chill after scalloping. Would book again!!!
